Diamondgrowers Private Limited

Our base is in Bikaner, specifically in Ward Number 12 over in Mulani Bass, Kedli. If you know the Bikaner area, you know how the land is. It’s a bit dry and the sand is everywhere, but we still manage to grow things here. That’s why we started Diamondgrowers. We are just a group of people interested in what the soil can produce. The office is located right in the middle of the residential area, so it feels very much like a home. We don't have a lot of corporate polish. Most of our days are spent talking about the weather and how it affects the crops in the Bikaner district. It gets incredibly hot during the summer, sometimes so much that you don't want to step outside at noon. We’ve learned to work around that. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a good job with what we have in Kedli. People around here are hardworking, and we try to match that energy. There’s something special about seeing things grow in such a tough climate. We keep our records in a simple way and don't worry too much about fancy presentations. It’s just us, the land, and the work we do every day in our little corner of Rajasthan. Bikaner has its own charm, even with all the heat, and we are glad to be part of it.
