Lunkaransar Kissan Unnati Nirantarta Producer Company Limited

We are located at number 8 in Rojha, which is out in the Lunkaransar part of Bikaner. The ground here is sandy and the wind can be quite strong, blowing the dust into everything. Our name has "Nirantarta" in it because we believe in just keeping on going, even when the farming gets difficult. Lunkaransar is known for certain crops, and we try to make sure our local farmers get the best out of what they grow. It’s a small office in the village, mostly just a place to keep the books and meet with the buyers. We don't have any polished corporate stuff going on. We are just regular people who have spent our lives around the fields. We spend our time checking on the groundnut crops and seeing how the water situation is. Sometimes we have to travel quite a bit to talk to the different members of our producer company. It’s a lot of work to keep everyone on the same page, but we manage. We aren't looking for any awards; we just want the farmers in Bikaner to have a better chance at selling their stuff for a good price. It’s a simple life, but the work is important to us and our families. When the harvest is good, the whole village feels better, and that is what we are working toward every day out here in the desert.
