We are based in Bikaner, over in Sadul Ganj at Plot No.1 near Panchshati Circle. We share space with Nikhil Buildcom Private Limited. This is a food park project, which basically means we have the space and the setup for food businesses to do their work. It’s a big area with a lot of concrete and warehouses. Bikaner is known for its food, so it makes sense to have a place like this here. We spend our time managing the buildings and making sure the electricity and water are working for everyone. It’s more about maintenance and logistics than anything else. It isn't a very glamorous job. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with and sometimes the trucks get backed up at the gate. It’s a busy environment. We aren't trying to be the biggest food park in the country. We just want to provide a solid place for local businesses to operate. The location near Panchshati Circle is quite good because it’s easy for people to find. We are just a small team of managers and workers. Most of us have been in Bikaner our whole lives. We don't have a fancy mission statement. We just keep the gates open and the lights on so work can get done. It gets hot here in the summer, but we stay busy regardless. It's just normal business and we take it one day at a time.
