You can find us over at F-196 in the Bichhwal Industrial Area, which is out in Bikaner, Rajasthan. It’s a big site and there’s always something happening. We spend our days making different kinds of snacks that people seem to like. The factory floor is loud because of all the machinery running at once, so you have to speak up if you want to be heard. We have a lot of staff coming in for different shifts, so the place never really stays quiet for long. The Bikaner sun is no joke, and it gets really hot in the summer, but we have fans and cooling systems to keep things manageable. There are trucks constantly pulling into the loading bays to take our products to other parts of the country. We have a lot of raw ingredients like flour and spices delivered every week. It’s a constant cycle of mixing, frying, and packing. Sometimes a machine breaks down and the maintenance guys have to spend half the night getting it back up and running. We don't really do the whole corporate office thing; most of us are down where the work is actually happening. It’s a busy environment with a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just how it is in the industrial area. We’ve been here for a long time and everyone in the neighborhood knows the building.
