We are over in the Industrial Area at Rani Bazar in Bikaner. Our address is at number 137. Bikaner is famous for its snacks, and we are right in the middle of where a lot of that happens. The company is Agarwal Bhujiawala Private Limited. It is a busy industrial zone, so there is always the sound of machinery and people moving around. Our building is a sturdy one, built to handle the heat and the constant work. Inside, it smells like fried snacks and spices all day long. We don't have a polished showroom here. It is a place where we get our hands dirty making sure the bhujia is produced and packed. The floor is usually covered in a fine layer of flour despite how much we sweep. We have a lot of workers who have been with us for a long time. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make snacks. In the summers, the heat in Bikaner is no joke, and the industrial area feels even hotter because of all the concrete and metal. We drink a lot of tea and just keep going. It is a practical life. We focus on the machines and the bags and making sure the trucks are loaded on time. It is not a complicated business, but it requires us to be here every single day.
