Lu'Cent Star Public School

Up in Aland, which is in the Gulbarga district, you’ll find Lu'Cent Star Public School. It’s a place that most people in the local area are familiar with. We’ve been operating out of this building for a while now. It’s a public school, so we see all kinds of kids coming through our doors every morning. The atmosphere is usually a bit noisy, especially when school first starts or when it’s time to go home in the afternoon. We have different classrooms for different age groups, and we try to keep things as organized as we can. It’s not always easy with so many students running around. The desks have some scratches on them, and the walls could probably use some new posters, but it works for us. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. People just know we are here in Aland and they bring their children to us because it's convenient. We focus on the daily lessons and making sure everyone stays safe and learns their basics. The weather in Gulbarga can be tough, very hot in the summer, so we do what we can to keep the rooms comfortable for everyone. We are just a group of people working together to run a school for the local community. It’s honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like anything more than it is, just a school for the kids.
