Mundra Port

Sukhpar in Nakhtrana is where we are located. It is a bit of a drive from the main city area of Bhuj. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. Dealing with port stuff isn't always easy, but it is what we do every day. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere because the roads around here aren't the best. People think of Mundra Port as just those massive ships, but there is actually a lot of paperwork and small tasks involved too. We spend most of our mornings checking the logs and seeing what is coming in from the coast. Kutch is very dry, so we end up drinking a lot of tea to stay going throughout the shift. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get the work done. You will find us right near the Roha area if you are looking for us. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so things tend to slow down for a bit during that time. We try our best to keep things organized, even when the shipping schedules get messy. My cousin helped us set up the initial filing system years ago. It is not the most exciting job for everyone, but it keeps the local economy moving. We know all the neighbors around here. There is always some truck driver looking for directions or a place to stop for a minute. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily load. It is usually pretty quiet at night.
