We run Bhakti Tours And Travels out of our place in Ekta Nagar, specifically 5D Madhapar in Bhuj. Being in Kutch, we see a lot of people looking to head out to the Rann or just needing a reliable car to get to the next town. We have been here for a good while and the neighbors in Ekta Nagar are all familiar faces to us. The office is pretty simple, just some maps on the wall and a couple of computers where we keep track of the bookings. It gets quite busy during the festival seasons when everyone wants to travel at the same time. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and making sure the vehicles are serviced and ready to go. It is a family-run kind of thing, so there is always someone around to answer questions. We do not have any big slogans or flashy advertisements. Usually, someone tells their cousin about us and that is how we get our work. Madhapar is a nice quiet spot compared to the main city center, which we appreciate. We handle bus tickets, private car rentals, and those long trips across the desert. It is a lot of logistics and timing, but we have gotten used to the pace over the years. We just focus on getting people where they need to be safely. The kettle is usually on if someone drops by to chat about their travel plans.
