Indigo Airlines

Our office is in Punjabhai Tower, specifically at 6-D. We are located in the Lal Tekri area of Bhuj. It’s a well-known building, so most people don't have trouble finding us when they need to talk about their flights. We handle things for Indigo Airlines here, mostly the ticketing and the administrative side of the local operations. The tower is a busy place with a lot of other businesses, so there is always a lot of coming and going. Our office isn't very big, but we have enough space for the team to handle the daily rush. During the holiday seasons or when there are festivals in Kutch, it gets very crowded with people coming in to change their bookings or ask questions about their baggage. We try to get through the line as fast as we can. It’s a lot of typing and checking screens all day long. The air conditioning in the building helps because Bhuj can get very hot. We don't have any fancy lounges or anything like that. It’s just a standard office where you come to get your travel sorted out. We’ve been here for a few years now and have gotten to know the regular travelers quite well. It’s a straightforward job, and we just try to be helpful and keep the information accurate for everyone who walks through the door.
