Hirani Tarazo & Marble

Hirani Tarazo & Marble is tucked away at Sahjanand Nivas in the Bhuvaji Vadi area of Mirzapur. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a long time, and it feels like home to us. We handle a lot of different stones, but tarazo and marble are our main things. The workspace is usually pretty active with guys cutting and sorting. It isn't a huge, polished facility, but it works for what we need. Mirzapur has a lot of history, and we feel like we are part of the fabric of the neighborhood here. People know us by name, and we know most of the folks who walk by. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy brochures. If someone needs stone, they usually just hear about us from a neighbor or see our place while they are out. The yard can be a bit crowded, and there is always a layer of dust on everything, but that is just the nature of working with marble. We spend our days answering questions and moving heavy pieces around with the help of some old machinery. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We just try to keep enough stock so people have a good variety to choose from when they are building something new. If you find yourself in Bhuvaji Vadi, just look for Sahjanand Nivas.
