You can find us at number 46 in Jaganath Vihar. We are tucked away in Lane 2, right off Road 2 in Bhubaneswar. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it stays pretty calm throughout the day. Vema Technologies has been in this 751 003 zip code area for some time now. We’re a tech company, but we don't act like those big firms with bean bags and free snacks. Our office is just a regular building where we set up our computers and get to work on whatever projects are on the list for the day. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the heat gets a bit much, but we have fans and we manage to get through it. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other's names and what's going on with our families. There isn't a lot of hierarchy. If something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it and gets started. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the actual work to worry about that right now. We handle various technical tasks and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone. It’s not a glamorous life, but it is steady work. Visitors sometimes get lost because the lanes look similar, but once you find Lane 2, we are easy to spot. We like the quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood because it helps us think.
