The Wisdom Tree Global School

You can find us at Plot No. 526 in Kalinga Nagar, over in the Ghatikia area. It’s a bit of a developing spot, so there’s often some construction noise or trucks passing by nearby. The school building stands out a bit on this particular street. We’ve got a decent amount of space, but it always feels like we could use more storage for all the supplies and books we end up buying. The staff here is a mix of young teachers and some who have been doing this for decades. We spend a lot of time in the corridors, catching up or making sure the kids aren't running too fast during their break. It's a pretty straightforward and simple place. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do here. We just teach the lessons and hope the students find the topics interesting. The office is usually a bit of a mess with folders, registers, and loose papers. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we all have to wait around just to get the student reports printed out. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s much quieter back here. We have some trees around the perimeter that we planted a few years ago. They’re finally starting to grow and give some real shade. It's a quiet, working-class kind of atmosphere most of the time. We just focus on the daily tasks.
