You can find us at Plot No-36 in Sisupal Garh, which is part of Bhubaneswar. We are right there with the pin code 751002. Running a school is a lot of work, and it’s never quiet. From the moment the first bus arrives in the morning until the last kid leaves, it’s just non-stop energy. We have teachers running around with notebooks and students playing in the corridors. The building itself is sturdy and does the job, but it’s the people inside that matter. We don't have a bunch of fancy marketing people writing stuff for us. We just care about the classes and making sure the kids actually learn something useful. Our staff rooms are usually full of half-corrected papers and tea cups. It’s a real place with real problems like leaky taps or noisy fans, but we deal with them as they come. Being in Sisupal Garh is nice because it’s a bit away from the main city craziness, though it still gets busy. We spend our days focusing on the curriculum and talking to parents about their children’s progress. It’s practical, everyday life for us. We aren't trying to be some elite academy with millions of rules. We just want a safe place where the local kids can get an education and grow up to be decent people. That is pretty much all there is to it for our team.
