Global Era School

Global Era School is located in a BDA Duplex, specifically H I G 5 in Phase 1 of Pokhariput. Since we are in a residential area of Bhubaneshwar, the school has a very different feel than if we were in a big commercial building. It’s basically a house that has been turned into a space for learning. This means things are a bit tighter, but it also feels more like a home. You won't find long, echoing hallways here. Instead, it’s a lot of smaller rooms where classes take place. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise levels down during the day, though that's hard with kids around. Pokhariput is a nice part of town, and being in a duplex means we have a bit of a front area where people can wait. We don't have a big staff; it's just a few of us making sure everything runs smoothly. We spend a lot of time moving chairs around or fixing things that break. It’s a very hands-on way to run a school. We don't have any fancy mission statements plastered on the walls. We just want the students to learn their math and science so they can pass their exams. It’s a quiet, practical setup that works for the families in this part of Bhubaneshwar. Every day is pretty much the same—open up, teach, and then tidy up before heading home.
