Systems Technology India Pvt. Ltd is tucked away in Doordarshan Colony here in Cspur. It's not a flashy place, just a regular spot where we handle tech stuff every day. The office is at D22/2, which most locals can find pretty easily if they know the colony. We spend a lot of time at our desks, looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working like they should. It gets a bit busy sometimes, especially when there are a lot of projects piled up, but we just take it one step at a time. The area is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the day, which helps with focusing. We’ve been here for a while now, and the routine is pretty set. We show up, have some tea, and get into the technical work. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes for a bit, but that's just how it is working in BBSR. It’s a small team, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do without much fuss. We don’t have fancy meeting rooms or anything like that; we just use the space we have to get the job done. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the systems we are responsible for. It's honest work, and we like being part of the local community here in Odisha.
