Sumantra Misra

Over in Bhubaneswar, we have our setup under the name Sumantra Misra. We are located at C-121 in the Baramunda Housing Board Colony. This is an H.I.G. unit, which stands for High Income Group, but don't let that fool you into thinking it's some kind of luxury plaza. It’s a standard housing board colony with a lot of families and small businesses scattered around. The pincode is 751003. Baramunda is a busy area because the main bus stand isn't too far away. There is a lot of movement in this part of the city. Our space is straightforward. We use the rooms for our daily operations and don't worry much about interior design. It’s mostly about having a solid roof over our heads and a place to keep our files and computers. The colony has a lot of old trees and the roads are a bit bumpy in places. We like it here because it feels like being part of a community rather than just being in a commercial district. You see kids playing and people going for walks while we are working. Sumantra Misra is basically just a small team of us. We don’t have a mission statement or a fancy board of directors. We just show up every morning and do the work that needs doing. It’s a very practical way to run things, and it suits us just fine for now.
