We started Staffing-Tree Software a while back here in Bhubaneswar. Our office is tucked away in E-Colony, Unit-8, right in the Nayapalli area. It’s a busy spot but we like it. Most of the time we’re just sitting at our desks working through software projects or looking for people to fill roles for other companies. It isn't a massive corporate skyscraper, just a practical space where we get things done. Some of us have been here since the start. We handle a lot of different tech stuff and try to stay on top of what clients need. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and the office gets a bit loud, but that's just how it is. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Orissa, just a reliable one that knows the local market. Most of our days are spent on the phone or writing code. If you wander around E-97, you'll probably see us coming and going. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit now and know the local tea stalls well. It's a straightforward operation here. We deal with staffing and software because that’s what we know. There are no fancy lounges or high-tech robots, just a bunch of people working on computers. We try to keep things simple and avoid the usual corporate headaches. It works for us and the people we help out. We’re just a local team in Unit-8 trying to stay busy and provide what people ask for.
