Staffing Tree Software Pvt Ltd is located in Orissa. We don’t have a huge, fancy office building; we just operate out of our space here. It’s a pretty simple setup where we handle all our software and staffing work. The team is small but we stay busy throughout the week. Our days are filled with looking through resumes and talking to people on the phone. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The office is just a regular room with some computers and a lot of power strips. We keep things informal here. There’s no dress code or anything like that; we just want people to be comfortable while they work. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other days we finish up early. It’s flexible like that. We like being based in Orissa because it’s home for us. We don’t really bother with big advertising or trying to look bigger than we are. We’re just a software and staffing company trying to make things work one day at a time. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the typing and the occasional phone call.
