Glory International School

Glory International School is based at the Kriya Yoga Ashram in Vss Nagar. We are located in the 751007 area of Bhubaneshwar. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a school, being part of an ashram, but it works for us. The surroundings are relatively peaceful compared to the rest of V S S Nagar. We have been here for some time now, just going about our daily business of teaching. The classrooms are simple, and we try to keep things clean, though dust always finds its way in from the road. We have a small staff who handles everything from teaching to fixing the fans when they stop working. It is a very hands-on environment. We don't use any fancy gadgets or expensive equipment. It is just books, blackboards, and a lot of talking. The kids seem to like the open space around the ashram. Sometimes we have to remind them to stay within the school area. Our days start early when the sun comes up. We spend most of our time planning lessons or grading papers in the small office. It is a quiet life here at the Kriya Yoga Ashram. We aren't a big chain of schools, just this one location. People find us by word of mouth mostly. We just focus on the basics and try to make sure every student gets some attention while they are here.
