Purnendu Real Estate is located right near Ranga Bazar in Alarpur, specifically at Plot No .5/75. Being so close to the bazar means we see a lot of life every day. It’s a noisy, lively area and we’ve become part of the furniture around here. We deal with plots and houses in Alarpur and the surrounding patches of land. It’s not complicated work, but it takes time to get the details right. People know us as the local spot where they can get a straight answer about land prices. We don't have a corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a regular building where we do our business. Some mornings start with a walk out to the sites, checking on boundaries or showing a patch of land to someone new to the area. We’ve seen Alarpur grow from a few houses to what it is now. The bazar keeps expanding too. Our office is easy to find if you know where the main market is. We just focus on what’s in front of us. Most of our clients are just neighbors or friends of friends who heard we’ve been here a long time. We don't do much advertising. People just find their way to Plot 5/75 when they need something sorted with their property. It’s just how things are done in this part of town. We are usually here until the market closes down for the evening.
