Decor Realty Pvt. Ltd. is our real estate office in Bhubaneswar. We are located at B-404 in Rashmi Vihar, which is in the Budheswari area. It’s actually a residential complex, so the office has a very home-like feel to it. We deal with property and real estate around Orissa. Most of our time is spent on the phone or meeting with people who are looking for a new place to live or an investment. The office isn’t very big, but it’s enough for us to keep our records and have a cup of tea with clients. Budheswari is a nice part of town, relatively quiet compared to the main commercial hubs. We’ve been operating out of B-404 for a bit now. It’s a bit different from those big glass-fronted real estate offices you see in the city center. We prefer it this way because it feels more personal. We know the local market pretty well and just try to help people find what they are looking for without a lot of complicated jargon. Sometimes the lift in Rashmi Vihar is slow, but we don’t mind the wait. We keep our paperwork organized and try to stay on top of the latest listings.
