We are based over at 501 Kharvela Nagar. Mostly, we just deal with houses, flats, and plots of land. It is a lot of driving around the city showing people different spots and explaining where the water lines are or how the sun hits the balcony in the morning. Real estate in this part of town can get pretty hectic, so we spend a good chunk of our day either on the phone or stuck in traffic trying to meet a client who might be running late. Our office isn't anything too big or impressive, just a place to keep the files organized and meet folks when it is time to sign the actual papers. We handle rentals and sales, and some days it feels like we are just full-time problem solvers for people trying to find a decent roof over their heads. There is always some new regulation or a bit of paperwork that needs fixing, which keeps us busy enough. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. It is not a glamorous job, especially when you are standing in an empty apartment waiting for someone to show up, but it is what we do. We try to keep things straightforward so nobody gets confused about the prices or the terms. Usually, the coffee machine is running and we are just chatting with whoever walks in about how the local market is moving. It is a living.
