Satyam Estate

Satyam Estate is located in Bhubaneswar, specifically in the 751009 area. We’ve been operating out of this part of town for a while now. It’s not a huge operation, just a small group of us working out of the office. We deal with property and land things mostly. The area around here is growing, so there is always something going on outside the window. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to people about different plots. It’s not the kind of work that makes for exciting stories, but it’s what we know. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People mostly find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. We try to keep our records organized, though sometimes the filing cabinet gets a bit messy. Bhubaneswar is a busy city, and the 751009 sector is no different. We see a lot of traffic passing by. Most days we are just sitting at our desks, answering the phone and writing things down. It’s honest work and we try to do it right. We don’t use any corporate jargon or fancy talk. If someone asks us a question, we just give them a straight answer. That’s how we like to run Satyam Estate. We are just regular people who know the local real estate scene and keep ourselves busy with the daily grind. It’s just a normal office.
