Oriarch Pvt Ltd is based at Plot No - 246 in Kharvel Nagar, Unit - 3. We have been in this part of Bhubaneshwar for a good while. Kharvel Nagar is a busy area, but our spot is relatively easy to find. The office is where all the planning happens. It is a room filled with maps, blueprints, and a few old computers that still run just fine. We started this because we had an interest in how buildings and spaces are put together. It is not always pretty work; there is a lot of mundane stuff like checking regulations and measuring things twice. We do not have a big team, just a few people who know what they are doing. We are not interested in being the most famous name in town. We just like the process of taking an empty plot or a messy room and figuring out a plan for it. Sometimes the rain makes the roof leak a little, or the internet goes down, but we just keep going. We have our tea breaks and we talk about the local news. It is a very grounded atmosphere. People come in with an idea, and we try to put it on paper in a way that makes sense. We do not use a lot of jargon. We just tell it like it is. If something won't work, we will say so. That is just how we operate here in Unit - 3.
