Mba Student

I am currently staying in Room 28 at the RMH Ladies Hostel. This is part of the Xavier Institute of Management over at Xavier Square in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. Being an MBA student here is quite a lot of work. The hostel is where I spend most of my time when I’m not in class. It’s a typical student room, nothing fancy, just a bed, a desk, and a lot of textbooks piled up. Living in a hostel like this means you’re always around people, which is nice but also a bit crowded sometimes. Bhubaneswar is quite hot most of the year, so we just try to stay cool and keep up with the assignments. Xavier Square is a busy landmark, and everyone knows where the institute is. I’ve been here for a while now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. Wake up, head to the management building, and then come back to Room 28 to finish whatever needs doing. It’s a basic life focused on getting through the program. There aren't any corporate goals here, just the reality of being a student and trying to learn as much as possible before I finish. Orissa is a beautiful place, but I mostly see the inside of the campus and this hostel room while I study. It's just how life is for us students here.
