Bma (Bangalore Management Academy)

Our spot is right here on Plot No 422 in Sahid Nagar. If you know Bhubaneswar, you know how busy this area gets with all the shops and people moving around constantly. We have been running the Bangalore Management Academy from this location for quite some time now. It’s not a huge campus or anything like that, just a functional space where we get together to teach and learn. Most of us here are local or have been in the city long enough to know the shortcuts through the traffic. The building itself is pretty easy to spot once you get onto the right street. We spend most of our mornings setting up classrooms and making sure the fans are working right because it gets humid in the summer. Students come in at all hours, and the energy is usually pretty good, even when the exams are coming up. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We just focus on the books and the lessons. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork or just to chat about how the day went. It’s a simple setup, really. Sahid Nagar has everything we need nearby, so it’s a convenient place for everyone to reach by bus or bike. We try to keep things organized but it’s a living space, so there’s always a bit of a mess with papers or books lying around. That’s just how it is when you’re actually working.
