Kalinga Institute Of Industrial Technology (Kiit)

We are based at Kalinga Institute Of Industrial Technology, though most people just call us KIIT. This specific spot is at Plot 97/2432 in Gajanan Puram, right around Sailashree Vihar in Bhubaneswar. It’s a busy area because of the students and all the activity that comes with a big school. You can always hear the sound of motorbikes and people talking outside. Our building is a practical space where we handle a lot of the administrative tasks and the day-to-day operations of the place. We’ve seen this part of C.S. Pur grow from almost nothing into a bustling hub. It’s quite a change. The office itself is pretty plain. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of files. There’s no fancy lobby or waterfalls here. We just come in, do our work, and help the students or staff with whatever they need. It can be a bit chaotic during admission time or exams, but we manage. Everyone who works here is from around the area, so we have a good connection with the local vendors and neighbors. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big event, but usually, we just follow the regular school rhythm. It’s rewarding in its own way, seeing all these young people trying to build a future while we keep the wheels turning in the background. It’s just a normal job in a busy place.
