Kiit University

Bhubaneswar is a city that has changed a lot, and Kiit University has been right in the middle of it. If you walk around the campus, you’ll see it’s spread out quite a bit across the area. It feels like its own neighborhood. We have people here from all over, not just from Odisha, so you hear different languages in the hallways. The weather can get really hot in the summer, which makes the walk between buildings pretty tiring. We spend our days managing schedules, looking after the facilities, and making sure the students have what they need for their studies. It’s a big operation, and things don't always go perfectly smooth. Sometimes there’s a delay with the paperwork or a room isn't ready when it should be. We just deal with those things as they come up. The campus stays active from early morning until late at night. You see students sitting on the steps or walking in groups to the library. It’s a lot of routine work behind the scenes to keep such a massive place going every day. We don't spend much time talking about big goals; we’re usually too busy just handling the next task on the list. It’s a bustling environment, and there’s always something that needs fixing or someone who needs help finding their way around the various blocks.
