Gomathy Em School

The school is over here at Hig 489 in K5, Kaling Vihar. Patrapada is a growing area and we've been part of this neighborhood for a while now. Most people around here know where we are. It’s a busy spot in Bhubaneshwar but tucked enough into Kaling Vihar that it’s not too loud. We started Gomathy Em School because there was a need for a place where local kids could just come and learn without a lot of fuss. The building isn't huge, but we make use of the space we have. Teachers here live nearby mostly, so they know the families. Every morning, you’ll see the kids walking in with their bags. It’s a normal routine. We try to keep things organized but it’s a school, so there’s always a bit of noise and energy. We handle the daily classes and the usual school events. Parents stop by the gate to chat or ask about their kids. It’s that kind of place. Nothing fancy or overly complicated. We just focus on getting through the lessons and making sure the kids are doing their work. Sometimes the weather in Odisha gets really hot, so we adjust. It’s just us doing what we do every day. If you live in the 751019 area, you’ve probably walked past us a hundred times. We are just another local school trying to get things right for the kids in Patrapada. We keep the gates open and the lights on, and that is about it.
