Gomathi Ammal School

Gomathi Ammal School is located at Plot No. Hig-15/15 in the Panchasakha Nagar neighborhood. We are situated in the Dumduma area of Bhubaneshwar, which is under the 751019 pin code. It is a relatively quiet residential spot compared to other parts of the city. The school is a simple, no-nonsense building where we have been teaching local children for many years. We chose the name to honor someone who was very important to the people who started the school. Every morning, you can see the kids from around Panchasakha Nagar walking or biking over to attend their classes. We have a few rooms that are dedicated to different subjects and age groups. The place isn't huge by any means, but we have enough space for everyone to sit and do their work. The general atmosphere here is quite relaxed and low-key. Many of our teachers actually live right here in Dumduma, so they are part of the same community as the students they teach. During the monsoon season, we have to keep an eye on the puddles that form on the path, but that is just part of life here. We don't have a big marketing budget or any fancy signs out front. Most of our new students come to us because their older siblings or neighbors were here before. It is a very family-oriented place. We just focus on getting through the lessons every day and making sure the students are learning.
