Gnanjyot School

Gnanjyot School is located at Plot N. 216/A on the Mancheshwar Industrial Estate Road. Being right here in the Mancheswar Industrial Estate in Bhubaneshwar means we are surrounded by a lot of work going on. Our school is a part of that daily grind. We aren't a big, fancy institution with massive gates. We are just a local school doing our job for the families around here. The building is simple and we try to keep it as organized as possible. Every morning, we sweep the floors and get the chalkboards ready for the teachers. It is a lot of basic maintenance that keeps a place like this going. We don’t have a big budget for fancy things, so we make do with what we have. If a chair breaks, we fix it ourselves. The staff is small and we all know each other well. We spend a lot of time talking to parents about how their kids are doing. It isn't always easy, and sometimes we have long days where everything seems to go wrong, but we just keep at it. We aren't trying to be the most famous school in the city. We just want to be a place where the local kids can come and get their lessons done in peace. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do, and we’ve been doing it for a while now. The concrete floor in the lobby has a few cracks we need to fill.
