Gnana Vidyanikethan High School

Gnana Vidyanikethan High School is actually located up on the 4th floor of Janpath Tower, right at 412 in Ashok Nagar. Being in an office tower is a bit different for a school, but it works out fine for us here in Bhubaneshwar. We have to share the elevators with other people, so the mornings can get a bit crowded. Our classrooms are laid out along the hallway, and we’ve made the most of the space we have. You can see out over the city from some of the windows, which is nice when things get stressful. We focus a lot on the older kids since we are a high school. It’s a lot of sitting down and studying for exams. The staff here is pretty tight-knit because we’re all working in a smaller area. We don't have a big open field, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent making sure the students stay on track with their subjects. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up or we have to reorganize the desks for a test. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us teachers and the office staff trying to keep things running smoothly. Ashok Nagar is a central spot, so it’s easy for everyone to get to. We just show up every day and do the work that needs doing. It’s practical and it keeps us busy. The hallways can be a bit narrow when everyone leaves at once.
