We have been around Sahid Nagar for a good while now, right at A/110. You can find us easily because we are just near Sparsh Hospital. It is a busy area but we like it here. People usually stop by when they are looking for a house or maybe some land around this part of town. We just handle the day to day paperwork and show people what is available in the market. It is not fancy work but it keeps us busy. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with maps and files. That is just how it goes when you have been in one spot for years. We know the streets around here pretty well. Most of the folks who come in are neighbors or friends of people we helped before. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. We just sit at our desks and answer the phone when it rings. If someone needs to see a property, we grab the keys and go. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. My cousin used to help out but now it is just a small team of us. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with real estate can be a headache for some, so we just try to be clear about what is what.
