Our place is tucked away at Plot No. 16, right behind the L.I.C Office in Awas Vikash. It’s a quiet spot most days, which is good because we spend a lot of time staring at screens here at Azansys Infotech Pvt. Ltd. We aren't one of those big tech companies with glass walls and free snacks. It's just a regular office where we deal with software and computers. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but we make do. We started this because we liked solving tech problems that make people frustrated. Most of our neighbors are just regular houses or other small offices, so it feels like a community. We have coffee brewing most of the morning, usually too strong. People come in looking for help with their systems or wanting to know if we can build something specific for their business. We sit at our desks, type a lot, and talk through ideas. It gets messy with cables sometimes. We’ve been in Awas Vikash long enough that the local tea stall owner knows our names. We don’t spend much on decorations. The walls have some old calendars and maybe a map. We just focus on the code and the hardware. If a customer comes by, we pull up a chair and talk. No big presentations, just explaining what we can do and how long it might take. It’s a decent way to spend the day and we like the work. There is always something new to figure out and get right for the people who ask us.
