You can find us at N6/514 in the IRC Village area of Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar. This part of the city has changed a lot over the last decade, going from a quiet residential patch to a bustling hub. We’ve been here at Lafarge India Pvt Ltd through much of that change. Our office is a simple setup in a neighborhood that still feels like a community. You’ll see people walking to the local shops while we’re busy tracking deliveries and managing the warehouse paperwork. Bhubaneswar is a beautiful city, but it’s also growing fast, so there’s a lot of demand for building materials. We stay pretty busy keeping up with the local contractors. The office isn't anything you'd call modern in the corporate sense. It’s got a few old desks, a water cooler that’s always getting used, and plenty of files. We like the Nayapalli area because it’s central enough to reach all parts of the city quickly. The staff here is mostly local, so we have a good handle on how things work in Odisha. We don't try to be something we aren't. We’re just a group of people making sure the supply lines stay open and the construction projects in our city have the materials they need to keep moving forward. It’s a steady, daily grind and we’re happy to be part of the local landscape here.
