Andhra Cements Limited (Duncan Geonka Group)

Our office is located in Old Town Bhubaneswar, specifically at Kamini Kutira on Mahatab Road. It’s the home of Nirmala Chandra Mohanty, and we operate as part of the Andhra Cements Limited group, which is under the Duncan Geonka name. Being in Old Town means we’re surrounded by history and narrow streets. It’s a busy part of the city, but once you get inside the house, it’s a bit calmer. We don’t have a massive corporate sign outside. It feels more like a family setup than a big business office. We sit at our desks and handle the correspondence and records for the group. Sometimes it’s a bit crowded with all the files, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is full of life, and you can always hear the sounds of the street outside. We take our lunch breaks and maybe walk down the road for a bit of fresh air. It’s a simple way of working. We don’t have fancy boardrooms or high-tech gadgets everywhere. Just the basics to get the job done. People who need to find us usually know the Mohanty house. It’s a landmark for us. We’ve been here for a while and we just keep doing what we’ve always done, day after day, making sure the papers are signed and the messages get where they need to go without making a big fuss about any of it.
