Dalmia Cements

We are located inside the OCL Campus in Rajgangpur, over in the Rourkela region of Orissa. Our spot is Flat 45 in Block 1. It’s a bit different because we are right there on the campus, so work and life are kind of mixed together. It’s a very industrial setting, and you can always feel the presence of the factories nearby. The air has that heavy, working feel to it. Our office is simple, just a regular flat converted into a workspace where we manage the cement side of things. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s mostly just us, our computers, and a lot of paperwork. Since we are on the campus, we see the same faces every day, which makes it feel like a small community. We handle the logistics and the local orders for this part of Orissa. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of living and working here. We focus on the daily tasks, making sure the numbers match up and the trucks are loaded properly. Most of the guys here have been with the company for a long time, so we don't need to explain much to each other. We just get the work done. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the cement and getting it to the people who need it without any fuss.
