Yuvan Buildcon Private Limited is located at 129 Ashoka Vihar, right on the Ashoka Garden Road in Bhopal. We are pretty close to the Nagar Nigam Colony, which is a busy little hub. Our office is basically just a room with a couple of chairs and a lot of blueprints spread out on the table. We spend most of our time out in the sun anyway. Building in Bhopal means dealing with a lot of different types of ground, and you never really know what you’re going to find until you start digging the foundation. We’ve had some long days lately trying to get a project finished before the rainy season starts. It’s a lot of pressure, but we’ve got a good group of guys who don’t mind putting in the extra hours when it’s needed. We don't use any of those fancy corporate phrases or try to sell people on big dreams. We just build houses and small shops. It’s practical work for practical people. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the people and we know how things work in this part of the city. Ashoka Garden has changed so much since I was a kid, and it’s strange to think that we are now the ones putting up the new buildings. We just take it one day at a time and try to make sure each wall is straight and each roof is solid. It’s not flashy, but it’s what we do.
