You can find Shubhum Associates over in Tt Nagar, specifically in the C I Homes complex. We are in unit E202, which is quite close to the Mata Mandir. It’s a familiar landmark for anyone living in this part of Bhopal, so we just tell people to look for the temple. The office is really more of a converted living space, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big corporate towers. We’ve got a few desks set up and some shelves for all the paperwork we have to keep for the government. It’s quiet here mostly, except for when the temple bells ring or there’s a festival going on in the street. We handle a lot of property and documentation work. It’s the kind of stuff that requires patience and a lot of phone calls to get things moving. My colleagues and I have worked together for years, so we have a good rhythm down. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do a good job for the families and small business owners who come to us. Often, we end up just chatting with clients over tea for half an hour before even looking at the papers. That’s just how we do things here.
