Shubhalay Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is located at E3/114 in the 10 No Market area of Arera Colony. Arera Colony is a well-known part of town, and the 10 No Market is always buzzing with activity. We have our office here and have been working on various infrastructure and property projects for a good number of years. It’s a practical workspace where we manage all our daily operations. Being in the heart of the market means we are never too far from what’s happening. We aren't a corporate giant with a glass building; we are just a local team doing our work from E3/114. Most of our time is spent looking at plans or visiting sites around the colony. Arera Colony has a lot of different pockets, and we know most of them pretty well. We don't believe in using big marketing talk. We just focus on the job at hand. People often drop by the office when they are at the market for other things. It’s a very open and simple way of doing business. We deal with the local authorities and other contractors regularly. It can be a lot of work, but we’ve got a good routine down. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done for our clients and the projects we take on. The desk is usually covered in site drawings and there's a dusty printer that works most of the time. We just get on with it.
