Shree Shiv Developers

We've been working around the Salaiya area for a while now. Shree Shiv Developers is basically just a few of us who know the local land and the neighborhood pretty well. Our office is right near Aakriti Eco City, so we're fairly easy to find if you're driving through that part of town on a weekday. Most days we are out on the construction sites checking on how the brickwork is coming along or dealing with some paperwork for the various plots we manage. It isn't fancy work, but people need places to live and we try to get things done right without making a big fuss about the whole process. Sometimes the weather slows us down or a material delivery is late, but that's just how the building business goes. We focus on the practical side of things like making sure the drainage is okay and the walls are straight. It's a busy job most weeks. You'll usually see our trucks moving around the local neighborhood early in the morning. We grew up around here so we know the soil and the way the roads connect. If you come by the office, someone might be there to talk, or maybe they're out at a site. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just a small group trying to build decent stuff for the folks moving into this part of the city. We've seen Salaiya change a lot over the years and it's interesting to be part of that.
