Our office is located at 70 Surbhi Avenu in the Huzur area. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you’re in the neighborhood. We run Vyuha Buildcon Private Limited from here, and it’s been a bit of a journey getting it to where it is today. We aren't some big corporate entity with a dozen branches. We’re just local folks who know the construction business inside and out. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on site progress. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We don't have a fancy mission statement written on the wall. We just have a calendar with a lot of deadlines marked on it. If you come by Surbhi Avenu, you’ll see we keep things pretty simple. There’s a lot of coffee, a lot of talk about materials, and usually a bit of stress when a deadline is approaching. But that’s just how this business is. We like the work because it’s tangible. You can see what you’ve done at the end of the day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just want to get the job done so we can move on to the next one. It’s practical work for practical people. We’ve stayed in Huzur because we like being part of the community here and knowing our neighbors. It works well for us.
