Vyuanjan

Our place, Vyuanjan, is located at 01, By Pass Road, right near the Bhopal Hospital in Karond. Being on the bypass road means we see a lot of different people. Some are just driving through Bhopal and need a break, while others live right here in Karond and come to us regularly. It’s a simple building. We don’t have any big neon signs or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the kitchen running smoothly. The area around the hospital can be a bit quiet at night, but during the day it’s quite active. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a few years now. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just make food and serve it. The tables are basic and the plates are the standard ones you’d find anywhere. We make sure there is plenty of water for everyone and that the food is served hot. Bhopal is a good city for a business like ours because people appreciate a place that isn't trying too hard to be cool. We are just a regular stop on the bypass. If you are heading towards Karond or just passing the hospital, you’ll see our shop. It’s nothing special to look at from the outside, but we take pride in what we do inside.
