Our office is located at number 102 in Poojashree Nagar, right by Cto Bairagarh. It’s a bit of a cramped space, to be honest. We have computers and spare parts taking up most of the room. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with all sorts of tech issues. It’s not one of those shiny stores you see in the big malls. We have cables tangled under the desks and old monitors stacked in the corner. We mostly spend our time fixing laptops or putting together systems for people in the neighborhood. Bairagarh is a busy area and we get all kinds of people walking through the door. Some just have a virus on their computer, while others have spilled tea on their keyboards and need help. We don't use a lot of fancy technical talk. We just try to explain what’s broken and how we can fix it. There are usually three of us working here. We take turns making tea and the radio is usually playing something in the background. Sometimes we run out of a specific part and have to wait a few days for it to arrive. It can be frustrating for the customers, but that’s just how the business goes. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us trying to keep people’s machines running so they can get back to their own work. It keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
