Vivek Engineering Corporation

You can find Vivek Engineering Corporation over at the St. Patricks Commercial Complex on Residency Road. We are in the C Block, near SM Kariappa Road. It’s a central part of the city, so there’s always a lot of movement around the complex. The building itself is an older one, with that solid feel you don’t see much in new constructions. Our office is where we handle all the engineering-related queries and paperwork. It’s often a bit cluttered with blueprints, technical manuals, and pieces of equipment that we’re looking at. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting around the big table in the center of the room discussing projects. Residency Road is famous for being busy, but once you step into the complex, it’s a bit more manageable. We’ve been here for years, and we’ve seen the city change so much from our windows. The traffic has definitely gotten worse, but being in a central location has its advantages for a business like ours. We aren’t really the type to have a polished showroom. It’s more of a functional space where real work happens. We know the other tenants in the building well, and there’s a sense of community among the older businesses here. We just show up every day, drink our coffee, and do our part. It’s not a complicated setup, just a place for engineering work to get done properly.
