Our place is at number 61 in Prithivippakkam, which is over in the Ambattur area. It’s a bit of an industrial feel around here, but there are houses mixed in too. We’ve been operating from this building for quite some time. It’s not a huge space, but it fits what we need to do. Most of the day is spent handling orders and making sure everything is where it needs to be. We have a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything. One minute you're on the phone, the next you're helping move a heavy crate. That’s just how it is when you’re a local business. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big sign with lights. Just the address on the door. Ambattur can get pretty hot during the summer, so we have a few old fans that make a lot of noise. We’re used to it. We know most of the people on our street. We say hello when we’re out getting water or checking the mail. There isn't much drama here. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, which is a pain when we’re trying to load things up. But you just deal with it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to get through the day's work and do it right.
