Being in a colony means it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office building. We’ve got our setup inside and it works for us. Multimedia work involves a lot of different things, and we've got the equipment scattered around. It’s not always the tidiest place, especially when we’re in the middle of a big project. Cables everywhere and hard drives on every desk. Kolar Road is always busy, so coming back into the colony is a bit of a relief. We’ve been doing this for a while now. Some of the neighbors probably wonder what we're up to with all the computers running late. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up to see who it is. It’s a very casual environment. We wear what we want and work at our own pace, as long as things get finished. The tech side of things can be frustrating when software crashes, but we manage. It’s just us doing our thing in a quiet corner of the city. We like the independence of it. There is usually a stray cat hanging around the porch that we feed sometimes.
