Veritable Foods Prosesing Private Limited is based at H.No. M-263 in Rajharsh Colony, right off Kolar Road. We are basically a food processing outfit that works out of this house-turned-office. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when we have a lot of inventory sitting around, but it works for us. We started this because we wanted to be involved in the food industry here in Bhopal. Kolar Road is always growing, so it feels like a good place to be. We spend our days managing the processing of different food items. It involves a lot of machines and a lot of cleaning to keep everything up to standard. We aren't a big company with a lot of hierarchy. If something needs doing, whoever is closest just does it. Sometimes that means the owner is out back helping move crates. We don't mind the hard work. Our office is just a couple of rooms with desks and computers. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the kitchen area. We talk to a lot of local vendors and try to keep our supply chain moving. Sometimes things break down or the power goes out, and we just have to deal with it and move on. We don't have a fancy website or big ads. We just do our work, talk to our customers, and try to make sure every batch we process is handled right. It is a long day but it is our work.
