Nishtha Foods

Nishtha Foods is located over at 419 A in Vardaan Apartments on Shamla Road. We are quite close to Bharat Bhavan here in Bhopal, zip code 462001. Since we are in an apartment building, it is a bit different from a typical shop on the street. It is more of a quiet setup. We focus on preparing food in a way that feels more like home cooking because that is essentially what it is. We don't have a big sign or a storefront that people can see from the road. Most of the people who know about us are neighbors or people who live around Shamla Road. We spend our days in the kitchen, dealing with the usual things like groceries and recipes. It can get a bit small in here when we have a lot of work to do, but we managed to find a rhythm that works for us. Bhopal has a specific pace, and we try to keep up with it without getting too stressed out. We don't use any additives or weird ingredients. Just the normal stuff you would find in any house. We aren't looking to grow into a massive company. We just like making food that people in our community can enjoy. It is a simple life, and we are okay with that. Sometimes the delivery folks have a hard time finding the right apartment, but we eventually get it sorted out. The apartment gets quite warm when the stove has been on for hours. We have to keep the windows open.
