Uttam Bhog

Uttam Bhog is on 93 Main Road in Arera Colony. Bhopal is a nice city, and Arera Colony is one of those places that always feels active and alive. We have our shop right on the main road, so it is easy to spot. We focus on food, mostly sweets and snacks. It is a small operation. Every morning, we start early to get the first batches ready. The smell of frying and sugar is something you get used to pretty quickly when you work here. We have a few counters and some space for people to stand and eat, but it is not a huge place. We do not use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just make food and sell it to whoever comes in. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late, or the rain makes things difficult, but we keep the doors open anyway. Our staff are local guys who have been with us for a long time. They know how to handle the busy evening crowd when everyone stops by on their way home from work. The floor gets a bit messy during those hours, but we clean it up as soon as we can. We like being in Arera Colony. It is a good community with nice people. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to provide something decent for the people who live and work around here. If you are on Main Road, you will probably see us. We are the ones busy behind the counter.
